District Key 3 and Key District Contacts
The Washington, D.C. district is responsible for four standard functions to keep scouting in D.C. strong: membership, finance, program, and unit service. Overall district leadership is provided by the Key 3 — listed above — consisting of the district chair, the district commissioner, and the district executive.
The many other dedicated volunteers that serve in a variety of positions to fulfill these four functions, from committee chairs, program leads, and Commissioners, are all listed on our Key District Contacts page.
