Four Mile Run District
Please note, as of July 1, 2024, the Chain Bridge District boundaries changed to add the City of Alexandria and the name of this District changed to Four Mile Run District which is now in the “Blue” Service Area of the National Capital Area Council, Scouting America.
The Mission of the Boy Scouts of America
The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
About Our District
The Chain Bridge District is part of the Virginia Central Service Area in the National Capital Area Council, Boy Scouts of America. It is the home to over 60 traditional Scouting units, serving over 3,000 youth in the areas of Arlington and McLean in Virginia.
