There will be a brief information meeting on the new LIONS Pilot Program tomorrow evening prior to the George Mason District Roundtable auction. The meeting will run from 7:00pm – 7:30pm in the Lecture Hall at Oakton High School. If your unit wishes to be considered for participation in this exciting introductory scouting program for kindergartners, please take a moment to drop by and learn more about LIONS, the role of the Lion Guide, and the unit application procedure. Attached is a LION fact sheet for your review. Feel free to e-mail any questions you might have to gm.cubscouts@gmail.com, so I can address them tomorrow evening.
