Character Under Construction

Each year the National Capital Area Council, Boy Scouts of America hosts Character Under Construction, a networking event for the real estate and construction industry, at which we recognize a building project, company or industry CEO. This year, we are pleased to honor The Martin Luthur King Memorial Library Modernization with project partners Gilbane, Jair Lynch, and Smoot. The event will take place at the library on the 5th floor event space and rooftop terrace with expansive beautiful views of downtown D.C.
