Essential Den Leader Award – for hard-working Den Leaders this summer

The Essential worker has kept doing the job despite turbulent times. NCAC wishes to recognize Essential Den Leaders for their work during Summer 2020 (Memorial Day to Labor Day).

 Requirements:
  1. Work with an NCAC Pack.
  2. Be registered – or register as a BSA Cub Scout Leader – preferably Den Leader by Aug. 31, 2020.
  3. Support a minimum den of at least 4 scouts.
  4. Have at least three den meetings/outings during the summer (online meetings with a program is ok).
  5. Have 75% (or more) of your Scouts complete at least 1 rank Adventure (belt loop or pin) – or their Bobcat rank, during Summer 2020.
