The Patriot District Boy Scout and Cub Scout Roundtables will be hosting a Joint Roundtable this October 12th from 7:30-9:00pm at Saint Stephens UMC, 9203 Braddock Road, Burke. We encourage all Webelos and AOL leaders to attend in addition to our usual Cubmasters, Scoutmasters, and Committee Chairs.
Our intent is to facilitate Pack and Troop discussions on joint topics and needs such as AOL requirements, joining requirements, joint camping opportunities, and den chiefs.
If Packs have any dens that are looking for Den Chiefs, please fill out the Den Chief Request Form and bring some copies to provide to the Troops.
We plan to open up with a social from 7:30 – 8pm and need pack and troop representatives to sign up to bring an item from the sign up genius below. We will add more slots as requirements fill up.
Patriot District Joint Cub/Boy Scout Roundtable Sign-up – Oct 2017
Depending on feedback, we hope to make this a regular Oct Roundtable event to benefit both the Packs and Troops. Come find out all the reasons we need each other and how to enhance those relationships.
