Team NCAC,
Along with leading the Nation in Scouts, BSA new units and youth we are also leading in Family Scouting! That said we only are in first by 20 youth. Currently 8 of the 28 Packs un-renewed for 2019 do to being defective had female registrants last year. Those 8 units ended 2018 with 27 females registered. Our lead over Greater New York should be 47. I know its been said before, but please make sure every day you are doing something to address the defectives in your District. Having our units registered for 2019 is vital to everything we do.
