Scouts BSA (formerly called Boy Scouts), is available to youth — boys and girls — who have earned the Arrow of Light rank and are at least 10 years old or have completed the fifth grade and are at least 10, or who are 11, but not yet 18 years old. The program achieves the BSA’s objectives of developing character, citizenship and personal fitness. Learn more about Boy Scouts.
Venturing
For youth 14-20. You love exploring your passions, making new friends, and discovering the world. You’re always looking for an adventure. Rappelling a cliff. Perfecting your shot. Designing a robot. Kayaking into the sunset. Exploring your faith. Volunteering at an animal shelter. The choice is yours! Each activity provides an opportunity to shine and learn more about yourself and the world around you. Venturing is youth-led and youth-inspired. You’ll acquire life skills and gain experiences that will prove to be valuable regardless of where your future takes you, all while having a blast: leadership, event-planning, organization, communication, responsibility – the list goes on! Exploring
Exploring is a career-education program for young men and women ages 14-20 (or 13 and have completed 8th grade). It’s about helping young adults make a more informed decision about future careers and determine if a particular career is the right one for them. Through Exploring you can get involved, learn about a career, and decide to pursue it, or learn enough about the career to determine it’s not the right fit for you instead of spending lots of money on education and certification only to then discover you don’t like the career!
