Summer High Adventure

Want to learn about any of BSA’s high adventure programs?  Considering creating your own high adventure trip?  Want ideas for local hiking?  Need help preparing for a Philmont trek? You have come to the right place!

2020 NCAC Philmont Opportunities

NCAC is sponsoring three 2020 Philmont contingents:  P622 (6/20or21 – 7/4), P714 (7/12or14 – 26), and P720 (7/18or19 – 8/1).  For more information and a copy of the unit-crew application, see https://www.ncacbsa.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/HAC_2020-Philmont-Unit-based-applforms.pdf.  NCAC is also accepting provisional youth and adult advisor applications for these contingents.  These applications are available at https://www.ncacbsa.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/HAC_2020-Philmont-provo-applforms.pdfand https://www.ncacbsa.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/HAC_2019_Provo_Advisor_2Feb2018_fields.pdf.  All provisional and unit crews will travel together under arrangements made by NCAC.  The standard estimated cost is $2550 per person, but there is also an economy option estimated at $2250 per person.  For more information, see http://www.ncacbsa.org/council-committees/outdoor-adventuring/high-adventure/ or contact Virginia Ward at highadventure@ncacbsa.org or 571-643-2426.

2020 NCAC Florida Sea Base Opportunity

High Adventure Opportunities Vacancies
