Scouting for Food

Note that this year our scouts will be distributing Scouting for Food post-it-notes not SFF bags

Important dates:

Note: Extra SFF Post-it notes and bags available at Paul Maloney’s house – come by and pick up what you need.

Scouting For Food is an important service project where our scouts from all over the National Capitol Area go out and collect food donations for area food banks.    Donations collected in Arlington go to the Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC), which is a food bank in Arlington and most donations collected in McLean go to SHARE of McLean.  In 2018 our scouts and volunteers collected 63,508 pounds of food.
