Due to lack of commitments to participate and to give units time to make other plans the Fall Camporee is cancelled. If this cancellation affects your camping plans for October and you would like to camp anyway, contact George Martin of the Youth Camp to arrange camping for your unit that weekend.  Contact one of the volunteer event contacts if you need help getting in touch with Mr. Martin.

Join Scouts and Scouters from around the Patuxent District for a fun filled weekend camping.

Open to all Open To Scouts, BSA,  Venturers, and Webelos and Arrow of Lights accompaning a Troop

Activities at this Camporee will be focused on the skilled trades, home repair and life skills. Stations are being supported by
various groups and are not yet finalized.

Without your support, there can be no Camporee. Help is needed for all phases of the camp-o-ree, including set up, check-in, traffic control, opening ceremonies, training activi-ties, patrol games, individual sports, campsite inspections, campfire ceremony, campfire building, and Interfaith Service.

Each Unit is asked to host activity stations. Instructions and Supplies for each station will be provided by the Camporee Staff. Adult leaders are required to supervise the station, but units are encouraged to enlist senior Boy Scouts and Venturers to staff the
station.
