White Oak District Annual Award Dinner
District Dinner Letter to Units HERE
Who: All adult volunteers involved in the White Oak District. Guests are welcome, but please register in advance so we order enough food.
What: A night to reflect on the past year of scouting in the district and recognize those volunteers who have made an amazing impact on the lives of the youth they serve.
When: May 22nd 2018 6pm-9pm.
Awards:
Several awards will be given out on this evening, including the Annual District Award of Merit, the Outstanding Unit Award (“The Bowline”), the Commisioner’s Unit Award (“The Sheetbend”), the Sparkplug Award, and much more!
Be sure to nominate your fellow Scouter!
The Outstanding Unit Scouter Award, (Bowline) is designed to recognize specific members of a Unit, (other than the Unit Leader or the Committee Chair), who have contributed greatly to the Unit’s success. This is a One-time award and each Unit may nominate up to two members.
