Information on District Meetings

District Roundtable Meetings

The Old Dominion District Roundtable is held the 2nd Thursday each month, 7:30 PM to 8:30PM, except July, in-person at Kirkwood Presbyterian Church, 8336 Carrleigh Parkway, Springfield, VA 22152. 

The Roundtable is an excellent opportunity for leaders of all types of units to find out new and exciting things that are happening within Scouting. Each unit has a mailbox that is stuffed full of the latest news and information of Scouting events within the Old Dominion District and the National Capital Area Council.

District Committee Meetings

The ODD Committee meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday at 7:30 PM (except July) and is currently being held virtually. Chartered organization representatives and Scouters are invited and encouraged to attend this meeting.

District Commissioners’ Meetings

The ODD Commissioners meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday at 8:30 PM (except July) and is currently being held virtually.

OA Chapter Meetings

The Old Dominion OA Chapter meetings are held on the 1st Thursday each month, 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM (except July, August is the 18th) in the Fellowship Hall at Kirkwood Presbyterian Church, 8336 Carrleigh Parkway, Springfield, VA. All OA members are invited to attend.
