This applies to all camps in NCAC. 

The Campership (financial aid) deadline has been extended until next week for ALL CAMPS, including Day Camp, Goshen and Snyder. Please submit completed forms to council by next week. Forms must be signed by a unit leader (Cubmaster, Scoutmaster, Venture Crew Advisor, or Committee Chair). Click here to download the Campership/Financial Aid Form

Important! You must register the youth for camp prior to or when submitting the campership form. The paper registration form must be attached to the camperaid form or a copy of the online registration must be attached to be considered. 

There is an option to register them at $82.50, which is half of the early bird rate. Parents will get notification of the amount of financial aid awarded. The following is the note on the form regarding financial aid:

Parents/Guardians: Camper aid is granted based solely on financial need. Please complete the statement below, indicating your financial situation and whyyou feel financial aid is necessary. Camper aid is normally granted for no more than 50% of the camp fee, and may be less if funds are not available to meet all requests. Please submit this application with at least 50% of the full camp fee when registering for camp. Camper Aid applications submitted without fees, or otherwise incomplete, will be returned without processing.

Please make sure every scout has an opportunity to go camping, regardless of finances.
