• It's TIME for Cub Scout Fall Recruitment!

When: Beginning NOW.
Where: At Your Local Elementary Schools, Day Care Centers, and, well, Everywhere!
Cost: Your Time
Cost If We Don't: No New Scouts and Boys Miss Out On Greatest Program Ever!
Contact for Assistance: Your District Executives Stephen and Phil. 301/214-9189.

Every boy we don't reach out to and encourage to join our Scout program is a boy who will miss out on all the amazing things Scouting does for us, from regular camping, outdoor activities, merit badges and pride in what they can do, to service to our community, citizenship, making great new friends and having fun. Equally important is bringing new Adult leaders into the program -- we can't support the Scouts without their help, mentoring and leadership. Scouting will wither away and die without new Scouts and Adult Leaders. And existing Scouts learn leadership by bringing along the younger Scouts.

And so, my fellow Scouters, ask not what Scouting (recruitment) will do for you -- ask what you can do for Scouting (recruitment).
