Webelos-to-Scout Transition is more than making connections between Cub Scout Packs and Scout Troops during the last 6 months a scout is a Webelos scout before bridging, it’s about all 18 months.
It’s key that Scout Troops take the time and develop a relationship with a Cub Scout Pack. Don’t assume that the pack that is attached to your troop’s chartering organization will feed your troop with all of your youth.
