SENECA DISTRICT AWARDS DINNER, TUESDAY, MAY 20, 2014!!!

 

Come out and celebrate the recognition of our District Award of Merit awardees and the Seneca Outstanding Unit Scouter Award (SOUSA) recipients!  We’ll have good company and a fine dinner on Tuesday evening, May 20, 6:30 PM at the Golden Bull, 7 Dalamar St, Gaithersburg, MD.

 

Agenda:

6:30 - 7:00PM    Welcome – Reception

7:00 – 7:45PM    Dinner and Dessert

7:45 – 8:30PM    Presentation of the Seneca Outstanding Unit Scouter Awards

                        Presentation of the District Awards of Merit

8:30 – 9:00PM    Congratulations and Conversation! !

 

The buffet menu:
Carved roast sirloin of beef, Grilled breast of chicken, Baked ziti with marinara, Oven roasted potatoes, Green beans, Garden salad, Chocolate mousse, Rolls/Butter and Coffee/Tea/Soda

Cost:
The cost for advance registration is $32.00 per person through May 12.  The cost for late registration, May 13th-19th is $36.00 per person and walk-ins at the door is $40.00 per person.

 

Let’s celebrate the many volunteers within Seneca District who do so much for all of us in our Packs, Troops, Teams and Crews and our District where they do so much good work!!!

Reminder: There are no refunds for this event and the fees cannot be credited toward another event. This policy is true for any event with fees of $25.00 or less per participant/registrant unless stated otherwise.
