What: This is the entry-level course for all
commissioners and discusses unit service and how to do it best. Topics include: Why commissioners, the commissioner service role,
unit, unit program planning, commissioner priorities, unit visits, the quality
unit, counseling, the annual commissioner service plan, the commissioner’s role
in saving units from disbanding, using the district committee to help the
commissioner maintain solid units.
