Eagle-Required Merit Badge Cleanup Day

Nov 7, 2015--10am-3pm

Only Eagle-required merit badges will be covered at this event.

All work for the badge needs to be completed before the scout comes to this event.

Promotion of Don Kilgore to Montgomery Field Director

Posted By Peter A. Minderman Jr, Monday, July 14, 2014
Effective today, the National Capital Area Council announced the promotion of Don Kilgore to Montgomery (county) Area Field Director, and Kent Sneed to the lead professional position in Potomac District.

Don succeeds Clint Hammett who was promoted to Development Director of NCAC. Don is responsible for 3 districts - Potomac, Seneca, and White Oak, and its 6 field professionals.

Kent is now the lead professional in Potomac District.

An active search is now underway to fill the open District Executive position in Potomac.

Don and Kent both thank Potomac volunteers - our collective successes helped their careers.

Please join me in congratulating Don & Kent.

Yours in Scouting,
Pete Minderman
Potomac District Chair
